This is a title
Resilient Parts Therapy Group is a mental health counseling clinic in Ankeny, Iowa. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming clinic, we serve adults, couples, and children of all identities across the Des Moines metro and via telehealth throughout Iowa. Our licensed mental health counselors bring advanced training and years of experience in modalities including Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and play therapy – not to mention their passion for doing this work with integrity, warmth, and understanding.
We chose the name Resilient Parts because rather than pathologizing symptoms, we help clients develop compassion for every part of themselves with the knowledge that it contributes to their whole resilience.

Nathalie
LMHC-t
Nathalie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Temporary (LMHC-T) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand View University. Before becoming a therapist, she spent years working as a preschool teacher and childcare provider – an experience that helped her develop a deep understanding of how children think, feel, and communicate. Nathalie completed her clinical internship at Resilient Parts, where she developed her skills in play therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She works with children and teens ages 4–18 as well as adults who are curious about their own internal world and want to develop a deeper understanding of their internal system. Nathalie creates a warm, safe, and creative space where her clients can express what words sometimes can’t, and learn to understand themselves in a new way.
